Availability

Coaching availability is limited and depends on fit, scope, schedule, and whether coaching is appropriate for what you are seeking.

Coaching is $200 for a 60-minute session, typically meets weekly, and begins with a three-month minimum commitment.

Text and email support are available between sessions; communication boundaries and response expectations are reviewed before beginning. Coaching is private-pay only and not billable to insurance.

Availability in any location depends on fit, scope, local requirements, and whether coaching is appropriate for what you are seeking.
